1. Acceptance of Terms

By using L&M CAR services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What Is Included

Unless stated otherwise at booking, rates include unlimited mileage, third-party liability insurance (RCA), collision damage waiver (CDW) with the excess shown in your contract, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Airport, port or hotel delivery is included where the booking page says so. Fuel, traffic fines, tolls, optional extras and any damage below the excess are not included. Optional zero-deductible cover and child seats are available at booking.

2. Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old (some vehicle categories may require 25), hold a valid driving licence held for at least two years for most vehicles, and present a valid passport or national ID and, where a security deposit is required, a credit or debit card in the driver’s name at pickup. The licence must be in Latin or Arabic script, or accompanied by an international driving permit where required by Moroccan law. The named driver must be present at pickup.

3. Booking and Payment

You can book online or through our team. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and, where required, receive the agreed prepayment or deposit. The rental balance is paid at pickup by cash (MAD) or by card where the pickup office supports it. Prices are quoted in MAD and include the services listed at checkout; extras, fuel, fines and the security deposit are shown separately. A refundable security deposit may be authorised on your card at pickup.

Accounts & Google Sign-In

You may create an account using Google Sign-In to manage reservations and loyalty points. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws. Smoking and off-road driving are prohibited unless explicitly authorized. The vehicle must not be taken outside Morocco without our written authorization.

5. Insurance and Coverage

Rates include third-party liability (RCA) and collision damage waiver (CDW) with the excess stated in your rental contract. CDW does not cover prohibited use, driving under the influence, off-road driving, or damage to tyres, glass, underbody or interior unless expressly stated. Optional zero-deductible cover may be purchased at booking, subject to the policy exclusions. The renter remains responsible for the excess and for any damage not covered.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged if the tank is not full upon return.

7. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 24 and 48 hours, 25% of one day's rental rate is retained; between 12 and 24 hours, 50% of one day's rental rate is retained. With less than 12 hours, self-service cancellation is disabled and you must contact support; up to one day's rental rate may apply. No-shows are not refunded. 8. Liability

L&M CAR is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tangier.
